Meet Ange

Before registering as an authorised wedding celebrant with Australia’s Attorney General’s department, I was an educator (and still am part time).
I’ve taught adults for over twenty years in either University or Vocational Education colleges. I love getting to know and meeting people. This interest had me working overseas in China for a couple of years at the start of my professional career and having the amazing opportunity to work with colleagues from all over the world, ranging from the UK, USA & Europe.
My home now is in Sydney, with Chris, my wedding entertainer husband from Fine2uned.

Couples have complimented me for creating ceremonies that are warm, engaging & inclusive.
My secret to a successful wedding is communication and planning!
I take the time to discuss with you what you want and don’t want in a ceremony.
I’ll work with you from day one to discuss what brings you joy, and what you need to legally do in your wedding.
We stay in regular contact, usually over email. You update me on any changes that take place in planning your wedding and I remind you to complete your paperwork on time!
You will feel supported and kept in touch, throughout the entire planning process.

My experience in the education industry has taught me the importance of communication and being organised.
I often tap into these skills in my role as a celebrant when I
engage with a diverse range of people at a wedding ceremony. Everyone, you the couple, your guests and vendors at your wedding will feel included
handle unexpected situations that come up prior or during the ceremony with calm and confidence
explain complex information clearly so you understand and feel comfortable about the legal and ceremonial aspect of a wedding
ensure all elements of the ceremony are in place. I have a pretty good eye for detail, so you can feel at ease when it comes to completing your legal paperwork or writing your personalised vows
My formal celebrant qualifications include Certificate IV in Celebrancy and registration with the Attorney General’s Department. Part of this registration includes undertaking compulsory ongoing professional development.
-
Unfortunately, there will be times when I am genuinely sick. If that is the case, I will email you ASAP with a list of celebrants for you to choose from.
This is cost free to you.
All paperwork will be transferred to them. This includes the script we have agreed on and also the legal paperwork.

Most of my wedding ceremonies have been personalised simple weddings. No two weddings have been the same. Each one of them, have been unique.
I am guided by you on what you want at your wedding.
In one weekend, I could be delivering a formal Chinese traditional wedding, in front of 50 guests, with Chinese dragons wishing the couple good fortune and luck, as they embark into a happy future. Then the next day I could be delivering a ceremony at a private intimate beach wedding, to the soft, melodic sounds of a ukulele strumming in the background, as the couple say their vows to each other in front of their besties as their legal witnesses.
The best thing about my job is no two weddings are the same and I would love to bring your uniqueness to your wedding.
